These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application, website, and related services (“Services”). By using MealKraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services immediately.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MealKraft, you confirm that you:

● Accept these Terms in full.
● Understand that we may update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon
posting on our platform. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised

3. User Responsibilities

As a MealKraft user, you agree to:

4. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

Order Placement

● Orders can be placed via the MealKraft app or website.
● Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

• Customer Cancellations:
  • Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement at no charge.
  • After this window, cancellation fees may apply.
  • Custom or bulk orders may not be cancellable once preparation begins.
• MealKraft Cancellations:
  • We may cancel orders due to unavailability, technical errors, or other unavoidable
    reasons.
  • Customers will be notified and issued a full refund.

Delivery Policy

● Food is delivered to the address provided during checkout at the scheduled time.
● Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).

Return Policy

● Returns are only accepted if food is delivered in a non-edible or compromised condition.
● Returns must be reported immediately to our delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Refund Policy

• Refunds may be issued for:
  • Eligible cancellations.
  • Incorrect or missing items.
  • Poor quality (reported within 24 hours of delivery).
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be provided for partially incorrect orders.
• No refunds for:
  • Orders delivered as per quality standards.
  • Orders in transit at the time of cancellation.

MealKraft, its affiliates, employees, and partners are not responsible for:

● Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
● Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
● Unauthorized access or alteration of your data.
● Delays, errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

history.
● Usage: To fulfill orders, improve services, communicate with you, and comply with legal

7. Referral & Rewards Program

● MealKraft reserves the right to modify or end the program anytime.

All content on the MealKraft platform (logos, designs, text, images, software) is owned or licensed by MealKraft. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
